The Basic objective of the Institute -is to develop-human resources for efficient management by imparting various management training and to conduct research and consultancy for the benefit of the Co-operative movement. The ICM conduct Management Development Programme (MDP's) and, Management Diploma Courses for the employees of State Govt. and Co-operative Organisations. At present the Institute offers Higher Diploma in Co-operative Management (HDCM), Diploma in Urban Banking and Credit, Diploma in Agriculture and Rural Development Bank besides the unique programme of Master in Business Administration (M.B.A.).
